Saby Tours – General Tour Policy & Guidelines
1. Tour Format

All tours are group-based fixed departure packages.

The dates, departure point, reporting time, and itinerary are fixed and must be followed as communicated during booking.

No modifications to the schedule, stay, or transport will be entertained individually unless specifically stated.
2. Itinerary Disclaimer

The published itinerary is indicative and subject to change due to operational requirements, weather conditions, or instructions from local authorities.

While we strive to follow the schedule as planned, Saby Tours reserves the right to modify, cancel, or replace activities without prior notice.

No refunds will be given for missed or modified components due to force majeure.
3. Inclusions (Generally Applicable)

Round-trip transportation by AC Deluxe Coach or similar.
-
Hotel accommodation on twin-sharing/double occupancy basis at pre-decided or equivalent category hotels.
-
Meals: Generally includes breakfast and dinner, unless stated otherwise.
-
Local sightseeing by suitable vehicles depending on group size.
-
Basic travel coordination, trip management, and on-site tour representatives.
-
Limited mineral water bottles as mentioned in specific packages.
4. Exclusions (Generally Applicable)

Lunches and personal meals/snacks outside the group itinerary.

Charges for room service, room heaters, laundry, telephone, beverages, or any personal consumption.

Entry tickets to sightseeing spots and attractions.
-
Adventure activities, rides, or experiences not explicitly listed under inclusions.

Medical expenses, travel insurance, and emergency treatments.
-
Tips, porterage, and expenses of a personal nature.

Costs arising from delays, strikes, weather disruptions, or unexpected events.

Early check-in/late check-out requests, unless confirmed in writing.

Any item not specifically mentioned in the “Inclusions” section.
5. Booking & Payment Terms

Booking is confirmed only after the initial registration payment.

Full payment must be completed 7 days before departure.
-
Seat/room allotments are done only after full payment is received.

All payments are non-transferable.
6. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Registration amount is non-refundable.
-
Cancellations made within 7 days of the tour are non-refundable.
-
Refunds, if any, will be processed after deducting applicable charges and within a reasonable time frame.
-
No refund will be provided for no-shows or missed departures.
7. Group Travel Code of Conduct

Participants are expected to maintain group harmony, punctuality, and discipline.
-
Disruptive or inappropriate behavior can result in removal from the tour without a refund.
-
All participants must follow safety instructions provided by guides or organizers.
8. Travel & Identity Requirements

Valid government-issued photo ID is mandatory for all travelers.
-
Participants are advised to carry light luggage, warm clothing, personal hygiene products, and a basic medical kit.
9. Children & Family Policy

Children under 5 years may travel complimentary (no separate seat/bed).
-
Children aged 5–10 will be charged at a discounted rate (seat included, no extra bed).

Children above 10 will be treated as adults.
-
Valid age proof is mandatory for verification.
10. Liability Clause

Saby Tours is not responsible for loss, theft, damage, delay, injury, or any incident that may occur during the tour.

Travelers are advised to ensure they are physically and medically fit for the tour.

Any undisclosed medical conditions are the sole responsibility of the traveler.
11. Force Majeure

No liability will be accepted for delays, changes, or cancellation of services due to natural calamities, political unrest, strikes, or other events beyond our control.
12. Valuables and Electronics

Avoid carrying expensive gadgets or jewelry. All belongings are the responsibility of the traveler.

Use lockers when available and be vigilant with personal items during transit and hotel stay.
