Day 2: 🏔️ Hello Manali!

Wake up to the breathtaking views of the Himalayas! After settling into your cozy hotel, we set out to explore the heart of Manali:

Day 3: ❄️ Adventure Awaits!

Wednesday – 18th Jun
Day 4: 🛣️ Goodbye Hills, Hello Memories
🌅 After breakfast, it's time to check-out and head back to Agra by visit to kullu with bags full of souvenirs and hearts full of unforgettable moments. On the way Veg. Dinner.

Day 5: 🛣️ Arrival At Home.

Package Inclusions
Transportation
Travel from Agra to Manali and back will be provided by a Deluxe AC Luxury Coach (2x2 Pushback 45-seater)/Traveller depending upon the group size, ensuring a comfortable and safe journey. Seat allotment will be done a week before departure.
Local sightseeing, as per the itinerary, will be conducted using Traveller or Taxi vehicles, depending on the group size and terrain suitability.
Accommodation
The package includes a 2-night stay at Coral Resort & Spa, Shuru Rd, Manali. A reputed 4-star premium category resort in Manali.
Rooms will be provided on a twin-sharing (double occupancy) basis and will be equipped with intercom facility, television, and attached bathroom with hot and cold running water. For participants with children please refer to our Children Policy.
Meals
Our Package includes Dinner on Day 1 and continue with Breakfast and Dinner on the following days, concluding with Dinner on the 4th Day. Note- Lunches on all days are not included. Breakfast on the Day 5 is also not included as it is the day of arrival.
All meals will be served at the hotel or designated dining facilities with Buffett. With a wide variety of Menu with Non-Veg. (At times of Dinner at the Hotel)
Mineral Water Bottle Twice a day.
Package Exclusions
The following items and services are not included in the package cost and shall be borne by the participants individually:
All personal expenses, such as telephone calls, laundry, heaters, beverages, snacks, and room service.
Entry fees to all monuments and sightseeing locations listed in the itinerary are not included in the package cost.
Lunches on all days are not included.
Adventure activities such as paragliding, zip-lining, zorbing, skiing, and similar optional experiences at Solang Valley or elsewhere.
Porterage at hotels, bus stands, or sightseeing locations.
Tips and gratuities to hotel staff, drivers, guides, or service personnel.
Camera/video camera fees at monuments or sightseeing spots, wherever applicable.
Medical expenses, travel insurance, or costs incurred due to illness, hospitalization, or accidents.
Any additional transport services, hotel services, or excursions not specifically mentioned in the itinerary.
Expenses incurred due to natural calamities, delays, strikes, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
Early check-in or late check-out is subjected to availability. The participants must enter/ vacate their rooms as per the Check-in/Check-out time of the respective hotel and bear the inconvenience of waiting and taking care of their belongings before check-in/after check-out. The Tour Manager may guide them in this regard.
Any increase in taxes, entry fees, fuel costs, or accommodation charges imposed after the booking.
Personal shopping, café visits, or individual exploration outside the group’s scheduled itinerary.
Anything not specifically mentioned under “Package Inclusions.”
Terms & Conditions
1. Booking & Confirmation
A seat will be confirmed only upon receipt of the registration payment as per the communicated terms.
Full payment must be completed 7 days before the departure date. In the case of failure to comply with the full payment, the respective seat will be cancelled.
2. Cancellation Policy
The registration amount is non-refundable at the time of cancellation. Cancellation charges will be applicable as per the date of cancellation before departure.
No refund will be provided for cancellations made within 7 days of departure.
Refunds, if any, will be processed after deducting applicable service charges.
3. Itinerary Modifications
The itinerary is subject to change due to weather conditions, operational requirements, or local authorities’ instructions.
In case any activity or site visit is missed or cancelled due to unforeseen reasons, no refund shall be made.
4. Conduct & Safety
Participants are expected to maintain discipline and cooperate with the group and tour coordinators.
Misconduct or disruptive behavior may lead to removal from the tour without refund.
All safety instructions given by the guides and organizers must be followed strictly.
5. Liability Disclaimer
While all arrangements are made with utmost care, Saby Tours shall not be held liable for any loss, injury, accident, delay, or damage arising during the trip.
Participants are responsible for their personal belongings throughout the tour.
6. Medical Fitness
Participants must ensure they are physically and medically fit to travel and participate in the activities.
Any medical condition must be disclosed at the time of booking.
7. Group Management
The tour will be conducted as a group. Requests for individual or private transport, early departures, or deviations from the itinerary will not be entertained unless pre-approved.
8. Force Majeure
The organizers shall not be held responsible for any delay, change, or cancellation of tour due to natural calamities, political unrest, strikes, or any other unforeseen events beyond our control.
9. Child Policy
Children below 5 years of age are complimentary (no separate seat or bed provided).
Children between 5 and 10 years will be charged at child rate with a seat in the coach but without a separate hotel bed (sharing with parents).
Children above 10 years will be considered as adults and charged accordingly.
Please carry a valid age proof (Aadhaar card / school ID) for verification at the time of travel.
No child will be allowed to travel without an accompanying adult/guardian.
